Lead Pre-Kindergarten Teacher

St. John the Baptist Catholic School, a faith-centered Preschool through Grade 4 community, is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Pre-Kindergarten Teacher to join our dedicated early childhood team. Our program provides a nurturing, structured environment that supports the spiritual, academic, social, and emotional growth of our youngest learners.

The Pre-Kindergarten Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering engaging, differentiated instruction that aligns with school standards and promotes the spiritual, academic, and social growth of every student. Beyond the classroom, this role focuses on building strong, supportive relationships with families through regular communication and monitoring student progress to provide necessary feedback.

• A minimum of an Associate’s degree with a CDA Certificate; a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred.

• The role requires maintaining high professional standards by completing all "Essential 3" compliance requirements—including Virtus training and background checks—to ensure a secure learning environment for our youngest learners.
