Saint Rose of Lima Catholic School is looking for a qualified teacher to be our interventions teachers for students that need some extra time with a teacher in the area of reading and math. This position is a part time position, exact hours can be discussed based on applicants' availability and schools schedule, starts August 26, 2024.

• BA/BS degree.
• Teaching experience preferred
• Current State of Minnesota Teaching License preferred
• Must complete required essential three training required by the archdiocese upon hire.
• Competence in age appropriate instructional methods and knowledge of subject matter being taught.
• Must have proficiency in technology skills as the position demands
• Able to operate a computer, printer, and other technology to provide for effectively student learning.
• Appropriate educational experiences.
• Must be a Catholic in good standing.
• Ability to make decisions.
• Ability to work without supervision
• Ability to learn and implement new educational strategies.
• Ability to manage and maintain a small classroom of students effectively
• Ability to take direction from the principal and effectively complete new programs, processes, and procedures as directed.
• Work with fellow teachers to address specific learning needs of students.
