English Teacher
Are you passionate about helping students explore the wonders of science while teaching through a faith-centered lens? We are seeking an English Teacher who is eager to inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and scientific understanding while supporting the mission of Catholic education.
About the Role
The English Teacher will deliver engaging, rigorous instruction in English coursework that helps students develop analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. This role plays a key part in fostering academic excellence while integrating Catholic values into classroom instruction.
What You’ll Do
- Teach English courses based on school need
- Create engaging lessons that connect concepts to real-world applications and ethical considerations grounded in Catholic values
- Encourage inquiry, experimentation, and critical thinking through hands-on learning
Support and mentor students in academic growth and exploration - Foster a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a strong, mission-driven school community

Position Details
- Full-time, academic-year position
- Start date: August 2026
Salary Range:
$45,000-$65,000– Depending on qualifications and experience.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree
- Teaching license or ability to obtain licensure (per school/diocesan requirements)
- Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education
- Strong communication skills and a passion for student learning and discovery
Preferred Qualifications
- High school teaching experience
- Minnesota Teaching License (or in progress)
- Willingness to support or moderate clubs, coach, or extracurricular activities
