St. Mary's Catholic School in Worthington, Minnesota, is seeking applicants for the principal position for the 2026-2027 school year, with a prospective start date of July 1, 2026.

Successful candidates should meet the following criteria:

1. Practicing Roman Catholic in full communion with the Church with a strong commitment to and working knowledge of the Catholic faith.
2. Master's Degree in
3. Minimum of five years of teaching experience at the elementary level, with experience in a Catholic school strongly preferred.
4. Possession of or eligibility for a state-issued administrative license/certificate is
5. High level of interpersonal, collaborative, organizational, and administrative skills with the ability to implement policies, directives, and initiatives.
6. Collaborative leadership style, with the ability to work with numerous stakeholders both within and outside the school organization.
