Director of Parish Operations

Nativity of Mary Catholic Church and School seeks a faithful and highly skilled Director of Parish Operations.  Nativity of Mary is a community of 1200 families that give their time and talents to 60 different ministries.  Nativity of Mary School has been recognized as a School of Excellence and continues to attract top educators.

Primary Duties:

• Director to oversee the finances, day-to-day operations, facilities and property management, office services and human resources of the parish community, in a manner guided by the parish mission.
• This full-time, 12-month position will serve as a responsive liaison between the Pastor, Advisory Councils and parish staff.
• This individual will oversee fundraising, stewardship, capital campaigns and long-range planning for the parish.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus in finance or accounting is preferred.
• Extensive experience in fields of financial management, property management and human resources.
• Training and experience in accounting, bookkeeping and payroll.
• Adequate knowledge of stewardship, fundraising and marketing.
• Supervisory and management experience, including both paid staff and volunteers.
• Expertise in related computer programs and software preferred.
• Extensive and current knowledge of Roman Catholic Doctrine. Practicing Catholic.
