Description

Job Purpose

We are seeking an energetic and motivated person to join our team, to help fulfill our primary focus of loving, serving and leading our community. Corpus Christi is a smaller, more personal parish – which allows us to foster the whole personal and spiritual growth of each person. We are seeking an educator that sees ministry for the importance it has beyond just programs – to the intentional ways we can connect with people and help them find deeper meaning with their faith.

This position will work closely with the Pastor to serve the formation needs of the parish. Current programs include Sunday School for ages PreK—Grade 5; Middle School faith formation; and sacramental preparation for Baptism, 1st Reconciliation, 1st Eucharist and Confirmation. We have recently begun offering the Alpha Course to adults of all ages, and plan to offer OCIA in the near future.

This position will work collaboratively with staff and volunteer teams to empower parishioners of all ages to deepen their relationship with Jesus through classroom instruction, events, rites and celebrations.
