Description
The Church of St John Vianney is seeking a skilled Custodial/Maintenance member who is responsible for the maintenance and custodial needs of the parish facilities. This includes regular cleaning, routine maintenance, grounds maintenance ( grass, trees, snow), painting, set up and take down of facilities for meetings and gatherings as required by ministry and parish staff. Provides security by unlocking and locking Church and other parish facilities at the appropriate time.
Qualifications
- Possess general skills and experience in related responsibilities.
- Possess good general health and physical stamina appropriate to job description.
- Ability to accept supervision or work independently.
- Ability to life heavy objects (40 lbs).
- Ability to work evenings when required.
