Choir and Theater Director

Bethlehem Academy is currently accepting applications for a dynamic, innovative, and energetic Choir and Theater Director for the 2026-2027 school year. 

The position is 1.0 FTE.  The Choir and Theater Director will be tasked with developing, growing and maintaining a choral and theater program for both middle and high school students at Bethlehem Academy.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Music, Choir or Theater Education or related degree.
• Experience with students in a classroom or performance setting required
• The ability to speak and write clearly and effectively
• Ability to maintaining an orderly classroom and accurate, timely record keeping
• MN Teaching License preferred
