Campus Minister and Confirmation Coordinator

Our Campus Minister and Confirmation Coordinator works with our middle school teens to help them grow in their relationship with Jesus and his Church.

Representative responsibilities include:

• Accompany middle school students on their faith journey.
• Coordinate 8th grade Confirmation program.
• Enhance the faith environment of the middle school.
• Middle school youth ministry.

• Desire to help lead students and families of Our Lady of Grace to become disciples of Jesus Christ.
• Live a basic lifestyle consistent with Church teaching, so as to be a role model for parishioners.
• Have a sound understanding of Catholic Tradition and Scripture.
• Have a proven track record of making disciples of Jesus.
• Relational (to build relationships with students and families) and Organized (to manage engagement activities and small groups).
• Demonstrated skills, interest, and aptitude in the Microsoft suite of applications.
• Must be able to work independently and prioritize tasks as demands for projects ebb and flow, to accomplish tasks within allotted times and schedules.
• Solid communication, interpersonal, and connection skills. Ability to initiate and problem solve.
