About Totino-Grace Campus Ministry

The Totino-Grace Campus Ministry Department exists to help students develop a personal and lived understanding of their faith, deepen their connection to the Church, and recognize the social responsibilities and opportunities that flow from that faith.

We have the opportunity to work with young people at a key moment in their faith journey, helping them take ownership of their experience. Through liturgy, prayer services, retreats, local service initiatives, traveling immersion experiences, leadership development, and more, we create programming outside of the classroom that fosters a lifelong commitment to discipleship and active participation in living out their faith. Our work is guided by the Archdiocese and inspired by our Lasallian and School Sisters of Notre Dame heritage.

Primary Objective of the Position

To foster the faith life of the Totino-Grace community by collaborating as a member of the Campus Ministry Team to nurture the spiritual formation of high school students. This includes leadership in liturgy, prayer, retreats, service, peace and justice initiatives, and spiritual guidance grounded in Catholic, Lasallian tradition.

General Responsibilities

  • Assist in and co-facilitate after-school service projects, the retreat program, and service immersion trips
  • Collaborate in the creation and implementation of prayer experiences, faith formation opportunities, and liturgical celebrations for students, faculty, staff, and the greater TG community
  • Partner with the Campus Ministry Team to provide opportunities for students to explore their faith through peace, justice, and equity initiatives
  • Support and guide the Student Ministry Team while nurturing their ministerial leadership development
  • Help cultivate a welcoming and hospitable environment through positive and open communication with students, faculty, and staff
  • Discern the faith formation needs of the school community and invite participation in experiences rooted in the Lasallian charism
