Business Manager, St Mary’s Catholic School, Owatonna

St. Mary’s Catholic School and Sacred Heart Parish in Owatonna are seeking a full-time Business Manager who is a practicing Catholic with a willingness to support and uphold the mission, values, and teachings of the Catholic Church. This shared Business Manager position will oversee the financial, operational, and administrative functions of St. Mary’s Catholic School and Sacred Heart Parish. The role manages billing, the school lunch program, purchasing, technology, and facility operations while ensuring compliance with all regulations. It also supports HR, communications, and marketing efforts. Overall, the position provides broad administrative support to the Pastor and Principal to keep parish and school operations running smoothly.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field as well as 5+ years of experience in business management within a parish, nonprofit, or educational setting is preferred.  Salary will depend on experience and qualifications.
