Description
Come grow with us at Good Shepherd's Preschool! Our preschool program is expanding and we are looking for a dynamic assistant teacher who shares a love of early childhood education and wants to help their students foster a love of learning, faith, and community!
This position is a full-time, year-round Assistant Preschool Teacher position starting May 2026. The Assistant Preschool Teacher will assist with day-to-day tasks such as preparing lessons, supporting students during activities, and maintaining a safe and organized classroom environment under the supervision of the Lead Classroom Teacher and Director.
The ideal candidate will be pursuing a degree in early childhood education or a related field and have a passion for working with young children.

Qualifications
Experience working with children; ability to take direction from the School Principal, Preschool Director and Preschool Lead Teacher to effectively implement new programs, processes and procedures; must be CPR and first aid certified or must complete certification in the first 90 days of hire; must be able to complete 24 hours of in-service training throughout the school year.
