Alumni Engagement Officer

Saint Agnes School seeks an enthusiastic and relationship-focused Alumni Relations Manager to strengthen connections among alumni and foster lifelong engagement with the school. This position leads alumni communications, events, engagement initiatives, and fundraising efforts that support the mission of Saint Agnes School: forming Catholic hearts and minds in faith, reason, and virtue.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage alumni communications, including newsletters, social media, website content, alumni stories, and class updates.
• Plan and coordinate alumni events, including reunions, Homecoming, Hall of Fame, Memorial Mass and brunch, and alumni social gatherings.
• Develop opportunities for alumni involvement through mentoring, career networking, guest speaking, volunteering, and student internship connections.
• Cultivate and steward alumni giving, identify prospective supporters, and maintain accurate records in the donor database.
• Maintain alumni records, archives, historical displays, and alumni-branded merchandise.

Qualifications

• Experience in alumni relations, advancement, fundraising, communications, event planning, or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with alumni, donors, students, parents, and friends of Saint Agnes School.
• Commitment to the mission, values, and Catholic identity of Saint Agnes School.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for alumni events and school functions.
