About the Opportunity
St. Michael Catholic School is seeking a caring and enthusiastic After School Program Specialist to support our growing aftercare program. This part-time role is ideal for someone passionate about working with children in a faith-based environment that promotes kindness, respect, honesty, and responsibility. The After School Program Specialist will help lead engaging activities for students in grades K–5, including play, crafts, sports, and enrichment time.

What You’ll Do
- Supervise and engage elementary students in after school care activities
- Plan and lead crafts, games, sports, and quiet time, including homework assistance
- Create a safe, welcoming atmosphere rooted in Christian values
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student behavior and program details
- Support the mission and policies of St. Michael Catholic School
Schedule
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday, Friday: 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM

Qualifications
Required:
- Age 18 or older
- Experience working with elementary-age children
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Preferred:
- First Aid/CPR Certification (can be obtained after hiring)
- VIRTUS/E3 Certification (can be completed after hiring)
- Background in education or childcare a plus
