After School CASA Coordinator

Saint Agnes School is seeking a dedicated, organized, and caring individual to serve as our CASA Coordinator for the 2025–26 school year. The CASA (Care and Study for All) program provides a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for students in grades K–6 after school. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, has strong leadership and communication skills, and desires to contribute to a joyful and faithful school community.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 2:25–5:00 PM (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe, caring, and orderly environment for K–6 students after school.

• Manage daily operations of the CASA program, including student supervision, check-in/check-out using EZ Schools, and program scheduling.

• Supervise and coordinate other CASA staff and upper school student volunteers.

• Communicate promptly and professionally with parents regarding student behavior and program expectations.

• Implement school discipline policies in a consistent and fair manner.

• Regularly meet with the Director of the Lower School to review program needs, student concerns, and updates.

• Collaborate with the Padre Pio volunteer program to support student enrichment.

• Assist in the development and implementation of emergency procedures and policy updates related to after-school care.

Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $20-25/hour

• Experience working with children, ideally in an educational or care setting.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to supervise a team and lead with calm authority.

• Basic computer proficiency (EZ Schools experience a plus).

• Must support and respect the mission of Saint Agnes School and the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church. Active Catholic faith is not required, but employees must conduct themselves in a manner that is consistent with Catholic values.
