We are seeking a dedicated and passionate 4th Grade Teacher to join our elementary team. The ideal candidate will inspire a love of learning, provide engaging instruction across core subjects, and create a classroom environment where every student feels known, valued, and supported. Candidates must be willing to uphold and model the Catholic values that are central to our mission.

• Plan and deliver effective instruction in reading, writing, math, science, social studies, and religion.

• Foster a safe, nurturing, and respectful classroom environment.

• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and support all learners.

• Assess and monitor student progress and maintain accurate records.

• Communicate regularly with parents and collaborate with colleagues and administrators.

• Integrate faith formation and Catholic teachings into daily instruction and classroom culture.

• Participate in school-wide events, professional development, and ongoing spiritual formation.

• Salary: 38,000-40,000

• Bachelor's degree in Education (required)

• Valid Minnesota teaching license

• Experience in an elementary classroom setting preferred

• Practicing Catholic (preferred), or a strong commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education

• Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills

• Passion for student learning, growth, and faith development
