2026-2027 Preschool Teacher

Our Lady of Grace Catholic School is seeking a warm, joyful, faith-filled Preschool Teacher who is passionate about early childhood education and helping young children grow in a nurturing, play-based environment. The ideal candidate is patient, energetic, organized, and collaborative, with a strong ability to create a classroom that is safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate. 

Successful Preschool Teachers at OLG build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, support the social, emotional, spiritual, and academic growth of each child, and bring creativity, flexibility, and calm leadership to each day.

• MN Rule 3 Teacher qualified
• Licensed to teach Preschool students in Minnesota preferred, but not required
• Positive disposition and enjoyment in teaching young children
• Strong classroom management skills
• Understanding of and enthusiasm for modeling and teaching the Catholic faith
• Ability to create a safe, joyful, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
• Effective communication and collaboration with students, families, colleagues, and supervisors
• Must complete required background check, Code of Conduct, and VIRTUS training
• Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification within the first 90 days of employment
• Must complete any additional required pre-employment or licensing trainings
