1.0 First Grade teacher for 2026-2027 at St. Dominic School

St. Dominic Catholic School is seeking a full-time, faith-filled, energetic 1st grade teacher to join our wonderful staff family. Candidates are responsible for conducting instructional classes aligning with the Mission Statement, philosophy and curriculum of St. Dominic Catholic School, as well as Minnesota State Academic Standards in Literacy (Believe and Read/Groves--training and support provided), Math, Religion, Social Studies and Science. 

Experienced candidates are preferred, but candidates new to the teaching profession are also encouraged to apply.

QUALIFICATIONS

• College degree - BA or higher.
• Prefer a practicing Catholic.
• Current Minnesota teaching licensure in area of employment.
• Competent in instructional methods and knowledge of subject matter being taught.
• Ability to maintain environment conducive to learning
• Work collaboratively with staff.
• Ability to demonstrate/willingness to learn technology skills as the position demands.
• Polished and professional.
