Visitation School

Visitation School, an independent Catholic school serving coed infant through grade six, and girls in Grades 7 through 12, seeks an infant teacher and a toddler / preschool teacher and/or teacher aide/assistant in the NAEYC accredited Visitation Child Care Center located in Mendota Heights, MN. The position is benefit-eligible and available January 15, 2021 or earlier.  

Position description includes:

• Respect and encourage the uniqueness and individual differences of each child.
• Tend to each child’s physical, social and emotional needs.
• Display an attitude of respect for all children and families in our program.
• Follow child and program schedule and individualize curriculum to meet children’s needs.
• Communicate and work with parents to build a bridge between home and school
• Work cooperatively with staff members to plan curriculum and promote team teaching.
• Maintain a safe and stimulating classroom environment.
• Be available eight hours a day, Monday-Friday
