Lobby Supervisor ~ Part-time

Academy of Holy Angels is hiring a part-time Lobby Supervisor for afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Lobby Supervisor is the first point of contact at Academy of Holy Angels (AHA) and is responsible for ensuring a positive, welcoming, and safe environment for the AHA Community.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To be present, ready to work and on time for all scheduled shifts
• Welcome and direct students, athletes, and visitors
• Manage student/guest behavior
• Receive deliveries; notify recipient
• Answer phone calls as needed
• Provide assistance outside user groups as needed
• Provide assistance with or contact maintenance as needed
• Ensure a safe and clean environment  

• Customer service/supervisory experience preferred
• Able to work independently 
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and non-school days
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Satisfactory completion of a background check
