Saint Joseph Catholic School in West St. Paul is currently seeking an outstanding part-time admissions and enrollment coordinator to join our school community.  We offer a strong Catholic mission and leadership, a welcoming gifted faculty, and a positive working environment. Saint  Joseph Catholic School has a long and reputed history of over 75 years within the Archdiocese.  The school currently serves nearly 420 students in our K-8 program and an additional 70 in our preschool - many of whom are children and grandchildren of former students.   We are blessed to have steady growth in enrollment over the past five years.  

This position is part-time, with some schedule flexibility based on the needs of the school and the admissions calendar.  As customer relations are an important aspect of the job, timely communications with prospective families about admissions status, school visits, and other details is essential.

Qualifications

The ideal applicant will have the following qualifications:

  • An understanding of, commitment to, and passion for the mission of Catholic education as defined by the Church.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or other applicable fields preferred.
  • Experience working in school admissions preferred.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, and superior interpersonal skills with a natural way of connecting with various constituents and audiences;
