Enrollment Specialist

Visitation School seeks an Enrollment Specialist. This position reports to the Director of Enrollment Management and is an integral part of our Enrollment Team assisting with the execution of the outcome-oriented admissions strategy defined by the Strategic Enrollment Management Plan.

This is an 11-month (August – June) approximately 90% FTE position with benefits.

Visitation is an independent Catholic day school with a culture permeated by Salesian Spirituality. We offer a unique combination of learning experiences with a coed Lower School (Montessori preschool through grade 5), an all-girls Middle School (grades 6-8), and an all-girls Upper School (grades 9-12). ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote Value proposition of a Visitation School Education
• Manage Prospect Workflow After Inquiry with the goal of “right fit” enrollment
• Provide exemplary customer service to current and prospective families
• Coordinate and Support Enrollment Events, Activities, Parent Tours and Student Visit Days
• Assist with recruiting efforts at 45 area Catholic Schools
• Maintain Enrollment Records and Database
• Actively Serve on School Committees

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Manages miscellaneous projects and completes various tasks as needed by management.

Our ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience in enrollment, marketing, or communications.  Prior experience in education or non-profit environment is beneficial with Catholic School or independent school experience strongly preferred.  Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

The candidate who excels at organizing, prioritizing and multi-tasking will shine in this role.  Previous event experience is a plus.  Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Google Workspace is a must and familiarity with Final Site Enrollment would be advantageous.

Salary/Benefits Info:

Hiring Salary Range for 11-month position:  $42,000 - $47,000
