Development Director

Notre Dame Academy, a preschool-8th grade regional Catholic school located in Minnetonka is currently hiring a full time Development Director who will be a key member of the NDA leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and implement an Annual Giving strategy that includes Annual Fund, major gifts and fundraising efforts. This includes but is not limited to prospect identification and research, cultivation, solicitation, gift processing, database management, acknowledgements, and stewardship.
• Educate and engage key volunteers (including but not limited to the Development Committee).
• Create and support a mission of philanthropy with the school and our supporting parishes.
• Work collaboratively with the Office team including the Canonical Administrator, Principal, Business Administrator and Marketing and Enrollment Manager.
• Report to the Principal and Board of Limited Jurisdiction.
• Direct the major facets of the annual gala including serving as the point of contact, cultivating major gifts, planning the live auction as well as other foundational components of the event.
• Conduct yourself in a manner consistent with the mission and purpose of the school.
• Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and honesty.
• Adhere to the Employee Handbook.
• Honor and support school initiatives, administrative decisions, the vision of our Archdiocese, and the Catholic Church.
