Extended Day Coordinator

At St. Maximilian Kolbe Academy, our dedicated staff and teachers partner with our families to ensure each child knows they are loved and confidently becomes the person God created them to be. Each student is challenged academically and spiritually and stretched to their fullest potential in knowledge and virtue.

We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and caring individual to serve as our Extended Day Coordinator for the 2025–26 school year.  This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, has strong communication and organization skills, and desires to contribute to a joyful and faithful school community.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 2:25–5:30 PM (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe, caring, and orderly environment for students after school.
• Manage daily operations of the Extended Day program, including student supervision, check-in/check-out and program scheduling.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with parents regarding student behavior and program expectations.
• Implement school discipline policies in a consistent manner.
• Regularly meet with the Principal to review program needs, student concerns, and updates.
• Assist in the development and implementation of emergency procedures and policy updates related to after-school care.

Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $17-19/hour

• Experience working with children, ideally in an educational setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must support and respect the mission of St. Maximilian Kolbe Academy. Active Catholic faith is not required, but employees must conduct themselves in a manner that is consistent with Catholic values.
