Description
Saint Helena Catholic Church & School is seeking a highly skilled Parish Business Administrator to actively manage the day-to-day operations, financial, human resources, facilities, and office administration. As a member of the leadership team, this individual will work collaboratively with the Pastor to practically implement the vision, mission, and strategic direction of the parish. This individual will oversee the administrative, office staff, and facilities personnel.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, related field, or equivalent experience. A Finance or Accounting degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in leading teams and facilitating positive relationships to practically implement the mission of the parish.
- Required: 5+ years of experience in management of operations including facilities; 5+ years of experience in supervising staff; experience in working with vendors and outside contractors.
- Experience in managing budgets, financial forecasting and financial statements.
- Proficiency in computer programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to positively direct and empower staff.
- Practicing Catholic.
