Description

Elevate Life is seeking a detail-oriented, self-directed Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations. This is a part-time contract role focused on donor database management, office administration, and operational support. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, a proactive communication style, and comfort learning new software systems.

This role is a key operational position that keeps our team running efficiently, freeing up senior staff to focus on strategy, programming, and donor relationships.

Qualifications

Required

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize independently
  • Comfortable learning new software platforms and tools
  • Proficiency with standard office applications (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office)

Preferred

  • Experience with Bloomerang, Constant Contact, or similar CRM/email marketing platforms
  • Familiarity with nonprofit operations or donor management
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to assist with drafting and data tasks
  • Experience online donation platforms
