Teacher Wanted

Most Holy Redeemer in Montgomery, Minnesota, is now accepting applications for a full-time elementary position for the 2026-2027 school year. Educators dedicated to excellence and continuous growth are encouraged to apply for this 1st/2nd grade, multi-age teaching position.  We are a “Believe and Read School” and use the Groves Literacy Model to teach phonics in K-4.  MHRS is a Catholic school supported by a close community of families committed to academic excellence, character development, and spiritual  formation.

Current MN Teaching License- preferred
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
Practicing Catholic
Proven experience working and/or teaching children
Effective oral and written communication
Groves Literacy Model experience - preferred
Understanding of child development
Manage and maintain a classroom of students effectively
Keep Principal and others appropriately informed
Effectively and collegially work with others
