In-House Substitute Teacher

Our Lady of Grace Catholic School is seeking a caring, positive, proactive, organized, collaborative, professional, and faithful In-House Substitute Teacher. This person will receive a salary and report to school each day to substitute teach for our staff K - 8. Successful Teachers at OLG enjoy the work of teaching, are able to balance and prioritize many needs at one time, remain calm and patient under pressure, and establish and maintain positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.

Preferred Qualifications:
● Current MN Teaching License
● Practicing Catholic
● Responsive Classroom Training or willingness to attend training
● Proven experience working with children
● Effective oral and written communication
● Familiarity with educational systems
● Understanding of child development
