Job Description

This position provides both general and administrative support to the Director of the Office of Communications and coordination of projects and ongoing operations duties assigned by the Director in support of the Office of Communications and The Catholic Spirit.

Essential Functions of the Position:
Provides administrative support for the Director of Communications and the Office of Communications; includes scheduling, calendaring, planning, organization and implementation. Also provides circulation support and event coordination for The Catholic Spirit and Print Services.

Job Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills/Conflict resolution skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision/Self-motivated
Strong organizational skills/Detail oriented
Pleasant and friendly demeanor

Desired: Associate (2-year) degree or equivalent
A minimum of 3 years experience
