• Is capable of balancing consistently high expectations, complex challenges, and challenging conversations, with an undeniably warm and caring approach to all situations and individuals.
• Is well-equipped to support Middle School faculty and staff in areas related to student experience, ensuring that an excellent student culture permeates every classroom and learning space.
• Is a lifelong learner who models that trait to colleagues, students, and parents alike.

• Is excited to support the Visitation mission, working to perpetuate a school that provides an excellent education within a Catholic environment, permeated by Salesian Spirituality and the living tradition of the Visitation Sisters.
