Full-Time Advancement Database Manager – DeLaSalle High School, Minneapolis
Job DescriptionThe Advancement Database Manager will report to the V.P. for Advancement and is responsible for providing strategic oversight of the Raiser’s Edge database for our Advancement Team. The Advancement Database Manager delivers comprehensive data support and analysis to our educational community. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining data management policies and procedures, data integrity, data extraction, and report customization and analysis. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a creative, dedicated, high-performing team to enrich students’ lives and advance the mission of DeLaSalle High School.
Job QualificationsQualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Advanced proficiency with Raiser’s Edge donor management program highly preferred; or 2-4 years of experience designing, developing and generating reports from a relational database application.
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, and Word) and Google Docs.
Knowledge and ability to perform mail merges and spreadsheet uploads/ downloads.
Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical and reporting skills.
Strong planning and organizational skills, including ability to anticipate tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and function smoothly under strict deadlines and shifting priorities.
Proficient in use of general office equipment.
Commitment to the highest standards of personal and professional integrity.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, supporting Advancement efforts.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
